This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Drive proactive sales across the entire microscopy product range
• Oversee your territory, which includes travel and engaging with customers
• Organize and execute customer visits and product demonstrations
• Discover and cultivate new business opportunities, with or without marketing assistance
• Manage your sales pipeline and prospects utilizing the CRM platform
• Keep precise records of opportunities, timelines, and customer interactions
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry gatherings
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with current customers
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and success
• Actively pursue new accounts to drive regional growth
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical discipline
• Sales experience; familiarity with microscopy is advantageous
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong passion for sales and closing deals
• Exceptional self-organization skills and high self-motivation
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently
• 30 days of annual leave
