• Keep precise records of opportunities, timelines, and customer interactions.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with current customers.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
• Proactively seek new accounts to drive regional growth.
• Bachelor's degree, ideally in a technical discipline.
• Experience in sales; familiarity with microscopy is advantageous.
• A results-oriented approach with a strong enthusiasm for selling and closing deals.
• Exceptional self-organization and high levels of self-motivation.
• A valid driver's license and readiness to travel frequently.
• 30 days of annual leave.
