Junior Technical Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Generate new business opportunities and enhance market presence in underserved areas.

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with distributors and end-users.

• Offer technical expertise regarding construction chemical products.

• Discover potential in applications related to plasters, fillers, flooring, and wet chemistry.

• Assist in expanding into paints, coatings, and specialized applications.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in construction chemicals or a similar field.

• Knowledge of dispersions, binders, and thickeners.

• Readiness to travel and meet clients on a regular basis.

• Proficient in English.

• Located in or willing to cover the southeastern Poland area.

• Familiarity with paints, coatings, or performance materials is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Initial experience in technical sales or customer-facing positions.
