Junior Team Lead – AV, EMEA market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Support the planning and execution of AV/ADAS testing projects, focusing on timelines, resource distribution, and reporting.

• Oversee and mentor small field and testing teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, testing protocols, and deadlines.

• Leverage knowledge of the local market, infrastructure, and regulations to aid in site selection and enhance test operations.

• Evaluate testing quality and data precision, address operational challenges, and escalate issues to senior management as necessary.

• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, safety, operations, project management) to ensure fieldwork aligns with project goals.

• Play a role in training sessions for test operators and field personnel, offering feedback to enhance performance and safety adherence.

• Generate status updates, safety logs, and project documentation for management and regulatory assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, automotive testing, field operations, or team leadership.

• Strong knowledge of local traffic laws, safety protocols, and infrastructure pertinent to AV/ADAS testing.

• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.

• Capability to juggle multiple tasks and manage small teams effectively under strict deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with test management or data collection tools is advantageous.
