This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Identify and attract candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and various other platforms.
• Aim to source 30-50 profiles for each position while managing 4-5 roles at once.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for both current and upcoming positions.
• Dispatch outreach communications to potential candidates.
• Senior researchers collaborate with project teams and engage in calibration activities.
• Work closely with recruiters to ensure alignment on job specifications.
• Document sourcing activities in the ATS or CRM system.
• Provide market insights and offer suggestions for sourcing enhancements.
• Proven experience in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and Crunchbase.
• In-depth understanding of tech startups, funding stages, and the differences between B2B and B2C businesses.
• Ability to analyze candidate profiles beyond superficial details.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Capable of identifying and engaging passive talent effectively.
• Basic knowledge of the hiring process.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Must be available from 9 AM to 12 PM EST for meetings, irrespective of timezone.
• Experience in a recruitment agency or a fast-paced work environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS tools such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Knowledge of Boolean search strategies.
