This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Identify potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and additional platforms.
• Responsible for sourcing 30-50 profiles for each position while managing 4-5 roles concurrently.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for both current and future job openings.
• Conduct outreach through personalized messaging.
• Senior researchers collaborate with project teams and engage in calibration discussions.
• Work closely with recruiters to ensure alignment on role specifications.
• Document sourcing activities within the ATS or CRM system.
• Provide market insights and recommend enhancements for sourcing strategies.
• Proven experience in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and Crunchbase.
• In-depth understanding of technology startups, various funding stages, and the differences between B2B and B2C businesses.
• Ability to analyze candidate profiles at a deeper level rather than just surface details.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Capable of identifying and engaging with passive candidates.
• Basic knowledge of the hiring process.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail.
• Must be available from 9 AM to 12 PM EST for meetings, regardless of time zone.
• Experience in a recruitment agency or a fast-paced work environment.
• Familiarity with ATS tools such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
