This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify and attract candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and various platforms.
• Responsible for sourcing 30-50 profiles per position while simultaneously managing 4-5 roles.
• Develop and oversee talent pipelines for both current and future job openings.
• Craft and send outreach messages to potential candidates.
• Senior researchers actively collaborate with project teams and partake in calibration sessions.
• Work alongside recruiters to ensure alignment on role specifications.
• Monitor sourcing activities within the ATS or CRM system.
• Provide market insights and recommend enhancements for sourcing strategies.
• Proven experience in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and Crunchbase.
• In-depth understanding of technology startups, funding phases, and the differences between B2B and B2C businesses.
• Ability to analyze candidate profiles beyond just superficial details.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Capability to identify and engage with passive talent.
• Basic knowledge of the hiring process.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Must be available for meetings from 9 AM to 12 PM EST, regardless of time zone.
• Experience in a recruitment agency or a fast-paced work environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with ATS tools such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques is a bonus.
