This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Identify and attract candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and various other platforms.
• Responsible for sourcing 30-50 profiles for each position while managing 4-5 roles concurrently.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for both current and future job openings.
• Conduct outreach through messaging.
• Senior researchers will collaborate with project teams and take part in calibration sessions.
• Work closely with recruiters to ensure alignment on position requirements.
• Monitor sourcing activities within the ATS or CRM system.
• Provide market insights and recommend enhancements to sourcing strategies.
• Proven experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and Crunchbase.
• In-depth understanding of tech startups, funding stages, and the differences between B2B and B2C businesses.
• Ability to analyze candidate profiles beyond superficial details.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Capability to recognize and engage with passive talent.
• Basic knowledge of the hiring process.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Must be available from 9 AM to 12 PM EST for meetings, irrespective of time zone.
• Experience in a recruitment agency or a fast-paced work environment.
• Familiarity with ATS tools such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
