Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Identify and connect with potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.

• Develop and sustain talent pools for both current and future technology positions.

• Assist in salary benchmarking and conduct market research.

• Evaluate profiles and conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, and motivation.

• Organize interviews and coordinate scheduling with hiring managers.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend role requirements and align on candidate evaluations.

• Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and communication with candidates.

• Ensure all candidates experience a seamless and positive process, characterized by clear communication and prompt feedback.

• Aid in documenting recruiting processes and workflows as the team expands.

• Take responsibility for assigned roles and contribute to team enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Up to 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, coordination, or a role involving direct interaction with people (internships and student projects included).

• Minimum English proficiency at B2 level; B2+ or higher is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

• A candidate-first approach with a strong sense of confidentiality.

• Proactive and inquisitive nature - you ask questions, follow up, and take initiative within your responsibilities.

• Comfortable working in a diverse, fully remote setting.

• Nice to Have:

• Educational background in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, linguistics, or a related discipline.

• Experience in data analysis, research, or analytics.

• Familiarity with any ATS or LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Previous experience hiring for technology positions.

• Experience utilizing AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) in a professional setting.

• Understanding of Boolean search, X-ray sourcing, and various sourcing techniques.
