This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Configure, support, and maintain VoIP and PBX systems within hospitality settings.
• Assist in the deployment, provisioning, and ongoing upkeep of customer systems.
• Monitor voice services, infrastructure alarms, system health, and network performance.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to SIP, VoIP, networking, and infrastructure.
• Provide support to internal Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams for escalated technical challenges.
• Clearly communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop and update technical documentation pertaining to deployments, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience with VoIP, SIP, or PBX technologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of SIP and telephony systems, including PBXs, call routing, and voice infrastructure.
• Experience in troubleshooting voice and networking issues using tools like Wireshark and VoIP Monitor.
• Strong technical skills in Linux systems and command-line interfaces.
• Familiarity with FreePBX environments and administration of VoIP systems.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, NAT, and firewall concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously while fostering collaboration within a remote team.
• Demonstrated professionalism, accountability, integrity, and a strong sense of ownership.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Candidates are required to maintain a professional remote working environment and workstation that is suitable for customer-facing technical support operations.
