This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Log and manage tickets within the ITSM tool
• Deliver first-level (N1) technical support, conducting initial diagnosis and resolving basic problems
• Support users in navigating corporate systems and applications
• Escalate tickets to higher support tiers when required
• Monitor and track tickets until they are resolved
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Participate in the enhancement and updates of the knowledge base
• Ensure high-quality service and user satisfaction
• Completed high school diploma
• Experience in providing technical support
• Fundamental knowledge of:
• Operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
• Computer networking
• Strong communication skills and a user-centered approach
• Ability to quickly resolve issues
• Completed or ongoing technical education in IT
• ITIL Foundation certification
