Junior Strategist – Influencer Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist the Strategy Team in facilitating rapid business development and creating proposals.

• Empower senior strategists to execute high-level client campaigns effectively.

• Develop initial proposal presentations and oversee design modifications, including layouts, colors, timelines, and GIFs, to align with brand guidelines.

• Identify and organize sample creators/influencers utilizing proprietary tools or manual research methods.

• Conduct competitive market analysis.

• Contribute to the ideation of creative campaigns.

• Collect supporting data and assemble case studies for strategic client presentations.

• Take comprehensive notes during internal and client meetings.

• Ensure alignment of campaign deliverables across various teams.

• Manage enablement resources, case study repositories, and mock-up documentation.

• Monitor weekly trends in social media and among creators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Previous experience in a marketing, advertising, PR, or agency setting.

• Advanced or fluent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• High level of expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides.

• Excellent copywriting abilities.

• Skills in visual presentation design.

• Basic understanding of media mathematics.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Creative thinking with a proactive approach.

• Enthusiasm for creator culture and digital trends.

• Self-motivated individual capable of handling 30–80 tasks daily autonomously.

• Willingness to work a permanent weekend night shift in line with US time zones.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com and communication platforms like Slack (preferred).

• Experience with proprietary influencer sourcing technologies or trend analysis tools (preferred).
