This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Effective case management: You will execute structured operational processes and assignment of fines, parking tickets, missing vehicle documents, and OEM recall campaigns within the system.
• Autonomous authority management: You will assess and process incoming requests from authorities independently, prioritizing them based on urgency and deadlines, ensuring timely responses.
• Customer-centric complaint resolution: You will manage customer complaints and inquiries related to traffic violations and documentation independently, resolving cases with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset.
• Backlog management: You will maintain the processing backlog at a minimal level through organized work methods and ongoing ticket assessment.
• Process documentation & upkeep: You will accurately document all cases in our systems to ensure a complete history and uphold high data quality in fleet management.
• Interdepartmental collaboration: You will collaborate closely with the broader Operations and Fleet teams to identify recurring issues early and streamline processes.
• Strong educational foundation: Completed commercial training with an automotive focus (e.g., automotive sales clerks) or in office administration (e.g., insurance clerks, administrative specialists), or relevant professional experience involving regular interactions with authorities.
• Organizational skills & multitasking: Exceptional ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and efficiently, combined with a structured, independent, and meticulous approach to work.
• Self-management in a remote environment: A high level of autonomy and a strong ability to self-organize, both while working from home and in the office.
• Proficient language skills: Advanced German language proficiency (C1–C2) to correspond professionally and legally securely with authorities.
• Relevant prior experience: Initial practical experience in fine processing (e.g., parking and speeding violations) or in an automotive context (e.g., dealership, car rental, traffic monitoring).
• Additional language skills & remote work experience: Good English skills (B1–B2) for internal communication in an international setting, along with initial experience in fully remote work (home office).
