This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identify and attract candidates for healthcare, offshore, specialized onshore, and bilingual roles through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and various sourcing methods.
• Develop and sustain talent pipelines tailored to language-specific hiring requirements and other bilingual talent pools.
• Initiate candidate outreach via email, LinkedIn, and additional communication platforms.
• Engage passive candidates for challenging-to-fill roles.
• Keep precise candidate records and sourcing activities updated within the ATS.
• Assist in sourcing efforts for healthcare-related positions, which include healthcare virtual assistants, medical administrative support, medical billing, medical coding, patient coordination, and other roles in healthcare operations.
• Source offshore talent for customer support, executive assistance, sales, marketing, operations, technology, and healthcare services.
• Aid in establishing talent communities and candidate pools for ongoing hiring requirements.
• Remain updated on talent market trends and hiring obstacles within the healthcare and remote workforce sectors.
• Conduct preliminary resume evaluations and candidate pre-screening processes.
• Evaluate candidates based on job requirements and hiring standards.
• Collect and document candidate information for recruiter analysis.
• Verify that candidates fulfill minimum qualifications prior to endorsement.
• Assist recruiters in sustaining a robust candidate pipeline.
• Perform basic talent market research and competitor assessments.
• Discover new sourcing channels, online communities, and networking opportunities.
• Help identify sourcing channels, communities, and networks that enhance bilingual and multilingual talent acquisition.
• Share market insights and sourcing suggestions with the recruitment team.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to clarify hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving sourcing processes and optimizing workflows.
• Utilize sourcing tools, AI technologies, and recruitment platforms to enhance productivity.
• Take part in sourcing calibration sessions, training, and team meetings.
• Monitor sourcing activities and candidate pipeline metrics.
• Maintain accurate sourcing reports and candidate information.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and service-level expectations.
• Assist with ad hoc sourcing and recruitment tasks as necessary.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar field.
• Experience in staffing, recruitment agencies, outsourcing, remote staffing, BPO, or high-volume hiring environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare recruitment, offshore hiring, or U.S.-based recruitment is an advantage.
• Strong enthusiasm for talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and market research.
• Capacity to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities concurrently.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with high-volume or fast-paced recruitment settings.
• Experience sourcing bilingual candidates, especially within the Spanish-English talent pool, is a plus.
• Understanding of sourcing strategies for language-specific and multicultural talent pools.
• **Technical Skills**
• Basic to intermediate skills in Boolean search.
• Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing avenues.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Experience with AI tools for sourcing and recruitment is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Ability to analyze sourcing data and monitor recruitment metrics.
