Junior Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Contribute to enhancing process improvement and implementing methodologies aimed at rapidly delivering value to customers.

• Offer strategic insights on API integration as an effective method for managing and delivering Automation and Workflow solutions for our clients.

• Take accountability for the recommendations you make and exhibit expertise in executing proposed solutions.

• Perform analyses of business processes, conduct needs assessments, and carry out preliminary cost/benefit evaluations to ensure technology solutions align with business goals.

• Collaborate with users to identify and analyze issues while determining the most suitable technical, application, or configuration solutions.

• Assist in the development, documentation, and management of the requirements gathering process, providing detailed designs and business processes to support requirements throughout the project lifecycle, including change control.

• Review system test plans and applications to guarantee successful testing cycles.

• Collaborate with end-users to select or create appropriate scenarios for testing implemented solutions, ensuring they meet shared requirements.

• Act as both a functional and technical resource for the project team, establishing Level of Effort (LOE) and duration estimates for projects.

• Develop and promote best practices for architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field of practical experience.

• At least two years of experience in business analysis and consulting, particularly within large organizations, focusing on enterprise software implementation and change management.

• A minimum of two years of experience in designing and implementing client-facing solutions.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
