• Deliver features and resolve issues for our messaging platform, developed in Elixir.

• Address bug tickets throughout our tech stack (React, TypeScript, Elixir).

• Establish a local development environment that replicates production settings.

• Engage in sprint planning and refinement, effectively managing your tasks in Jira.

• Contribute to code reviews on GitHub and keep your teammates updated during standups.

• Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and designers on future feature planning.

• Utilize PostgreSQL as part of our production data infrastructure.

• Some experience in software development — gained through professional employment, internships, bootcamps, or significant personal projects.

• Familiarity with at least one contemporary web application framework (e.g., React, Next.js, Phoenix, or similar).

• Understanding of Git and version control practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
