Junior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain the online training platform.

• Partner with software engineers to conceptualize and implement new features and functionalities.

• Produce clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards.

• Diagnose and resolve issues in existing code.

• Engage in code reviews to maintain code quality and uniformity.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends within the industry.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.

• Liaise with team members and stakeholders to collect requirements and provide updates on project status.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 1–2 years of software development experience, ideally in a remote setting.

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Java, Python, or JavaScript.

• Experience with front-end development utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.

• Understanding of database design and management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork capabilities.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently.
