This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Conduct advisory calls to interested leads.
• Listen to and understand motivations, identify obstacles, and provide honest solutions.
• Support students throughout the initial cycle until their admission process begins.
• Manage the CRM (HubSpot): notes, statuses, segmentation, and cadences.
• Maintain a careful and organized follow-up for each lead.
• Improve contact, scheduling, and show rates.
• Seek new opportunities: partnerships, communities, and similar profiles.
• Activate cold leads with strategic messaging, empathy, and consistency.
• Analyze metrics and identify bottlenecks.
• Propose and implement micro-experiments: scripts, cadences, and automations.
• 1–2 years of experience in consultative sales, educational admissions, or similar roles.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in CRM (preferably HubSpot).
• Familiarity with digital tools (Notion, AI, simple automations).
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• University degree (mandatory).
• Permanent contract from day one.
