This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Train, mentor, and provide support to teams in adopting and adhering to agile values, principles, and practices.
• Employ a data-driven approach to assist teams in tracking their performance and fostering a culture of continuous enhancement.
• Promote open communication and active engagement within and across teams.
• Identify and resolve impediments that may obstruct the team's progress or productivity. Collaborate to develop solutions and remove barriers.
• Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders. Ensure a smooth flow of information and alignment with the team’s objectives and priorities.
• Assist Release Train Engineers in planning and executing SAFe events, such as PI planning.
• Understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to promote teamwork and collaboration.
• Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized, able to maintain precise records and track progress effectively.
• Resilient and equipped with a problem-solving mindset, capable of not only identifying issues but also contributing to solutions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
• Ability to inspect and adjust within a dynamic environment.
