This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• The LINC Fellows will be tasked with offering subject matter expertise to a cohort of 25-30 undergraduate online learners.
• Facilitate the development of skills such as academic writing, research, and time management.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions for resolving doubts, providing academic guidance, and reviewing assessment drafts.
• Offer advice on pertinent reference materials.
• Evaluate assessments and provide detailed, constructive feedback.
• Oversee and manage discussion forums.
• A minimum of 5 years of corporate and/or teaching experience in relevant fields at a recognized university or college (Note: Preference will be given to candidates with formal teaching experience in a university or college setting).
• Postgraduate or Doctoral degree with distinction or first-class honors from a leading university in India.
• In-depth understanding of Agile project management and change management principles, including Scrum methodologies and agile project delivery.
• An empathetic, ambitious, warm, and outgoing demeanor with a willingness to connect closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Must have a functioning laptop and reliable access to a high-speed (>10 MBPS) internet connection.
• Proficient in the English language with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Capability to swiftly learn and utilize technology platforms for student interaction, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac (training on these platforms will be provided).
• Proactive, prompt, and personalized support for student inquiries and concerns.
