This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Deliver daily assistance for SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, and Ariba Network), addressing user and supplier inquiries within the established SLAs.
• Conduct basic configuration and maintenance activities, such as managing approval flows, templates, master data, user access, and roles.
• Facilitate supplier onboarding and enablement on the Ariba Network, troubleshooting any registration and transaction challenges.
• Investigate and rectify integration errors between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC, escalating intricate issues to senior team members.
• Assist in testing for system upgrades, quarterly SAP releases, and the rollout of new modules or functionalities.
• Maintain process documentation, user manuals, and knowledge base articles, while also supporting end-user training.
• Extract, clean, and consolidate data from SAP Ariba, SAP ECC, and other sources for analysis and reporting purposes.
• Analyze procurement data, including spend, savings, supplier performance, cycle times, contract compliance, and system adoption to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare both recurring and ad hoc analyses for Procurement, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
• Gather reporting requirements from the business and collaborate with the reporting team to ensure dashboards effectively address the right questions.
• Support data quality initiatives by identifying root causes of master data issues and assisting in their resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering — required.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written — required.
• 1–2 years of practical experience with SAP Ariba in support, configuration, implementation, or operations — required.
• Practical experience with Power BI and a solid understanding of dashboards, including navigating, analyzing, and validating reports.
• Familiarity with the data model underlying Power BI reports and the ability to identify inaccuracies.
• Knowledge of Power Query and DAX.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including skills in pivot tables, lookups, and handling large datasets.
• Ability to work confidently with complex data.
• Working knowledge of Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Capability to present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders through effective visualizations, narratives, and explanations of the implications.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple requests effectively.
• Previous experience in a shared services, GBS, or BPO environment supporting global clients.
