
Junior Sales SDR – Inbound, Outbound

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Inbound qualification: You will manage incoming inquiries, engage in structured initial conversations (discovery), and evaluate whether a lead aligns well with PraxisConcierge.
• Outbound prospecting: Your role involves researching appropriate medical practices and MVZs (medical care centers), initiating first contact through LinkedIn and phone calls, and nurturing prospects until they are prepared for a meeting with an Account Executive (AE).
• Scheduling: You will arrange qualified demos directly in Account Executives' calendars and ensure a smooth transition.
• CRM maintenance: You will meticulously document all activities in Pipedrive, ensuring that lead data is current.
• Process improvement: You will provide insights to enhance qualification and outreach processes, such as through templates, automations, or new channels.
• Events: You will represent PraxisConcierge at selected medical conferences and trade shows, showcasing our solutions to a wider audience.
• You enjoy engaging in conversations over the phone and motivating people — you make cold calls with confidence.
• You adopt a goal-oriented and organized approach to your work — you effectively manage multiple concurrent leads.
• Business-fluent German (C2) is essential.
• You are willing to work remotely in a self-directed manner.
• A genuine entry point into B2B SaaS sales — this is not an administrative role.
