This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Inbound Call Management: Respond to incoming calls efficiently and professionally, delivering exceptional customer service while collecting vital trip information.
β’ Lead Generation & Qualification: Recognize potential sales leads from incoming inquiries and accurately record details in Zoho CRM and the Buster platform.
β’ Quoting & Sales Conversion: Generate and present precise quotes for sales leads, follow up with clients, and transform quotes into confirmed bookings.
β’ Customer Relationship Building: Foster friendly, clear, and supportive communication with customers to cultivate trust and guarantee a positive experience.
β’ CRM & Technology Use: Leverage Zoho CRM and other company technology tools to manage leads, monitor communication, update records, and ensure smooth sales operations and accurate data gathering.
β’ Collaborate closely with the Sales Team and Customer Success Team to provide clear information, support customer needs, and ensure effective trip management.
β’ Achieve or surpass individual sales targets, response-time goals, and lead conversion metrics, while adhering to the CRM process.
β’ Partner with National Account Executives to support them throughout the quote-to-close process.
β’ Assist the Customer Success Team when necessary in maintaining quality control processes.
β’ Minimum of 1 year of experience in a positive Customer Service / Sales role or a related field, preferably in transportation, travel, or hospitality.
