This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Expand, enhance, and sustain the current sales portfolio.
• Perform sales data analysis and market research activities for the designated territory (including online research, trade shows, and professional organizations).
• Proactively seek new B2B professional accounts.
• Elevate brand visibility in the territory by professionally representing the company and providing outstanding customer service.
• Foster customer loyalty through consistent follow-ups and repeat visits.
• Plan travel routes independently, optimizing schedules and travel times.
• Manage travel expenses within the designated budget.
• Acquire and maintain in-depth technical knowledge of our products and their applications through ongoing study and practical experience.
• Enter and update data in the GWS CRM, including visit reports, client feedback, and follow-up actions.
• Deliver clear and precise reporting of sales activities and results to management.
• Work closely with the sales team and Area Manager to achieve monthly and annual sales objectives.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of demonstrated experience in physical product sales or as a technical sales representative.
• Previous experience in a related field (such as water treatment or water movement) is a significant advantage.
• Must possess a valid residence permit (titre de séjour) and/or work authorization (autorisation de travail).
• Fluent in French; proficiency in English is beneficial for internal communication.
• Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Self-reliant, detail-oriented, and motivated by a strong sales focus—capable of transforming a “no” into a future opportunity.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Capability to organize your own work schedule.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively for business (at least 2 weeks per month; approximately 60%).
