Junior Sales & Operations Account - B2B Wholesale

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of narrow-liner wholesale accounts, overseeing everything from prospecting and outreach to closing deals.

• Coordinate logistics by working with our warehouse and fulfillment partners to ensure orders are shipped accurately and punctually.

• Oversee international shipping and export processes—prepare and verify customs documentation, collaborate with freight forwarders and brokers, and ensure smooth cross-border movement of goods.

• Maintain data integrity by managing the CRM, store-finder listings, and consignment stock reporting.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by handling order confirmations, stock and shipping updates, and daily account inquiries efficiently without unnecessary delays.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or B2B/wholesale operations.

• Practical experience in logistics and warehouse coordination, particularly with third-party logistics (3PLs), stock management, and fulfillment processes.

• Hands-on experience in exporting goods internationally, including customs documentation, freight forwarding, Incoterms, commodity codes, and cross-border duties.

• Excellent written English skills and a highly organized, detail-oriented approach to work.

• Confidence in conducting outbound outreach and following up professionally.

• A proactive self-starter who thrives in ambiguous situations and enjoys resolving inefficiencies.

• **Nice to have:**

• Experience with Shopify B2B.

• Familiarity with consignment or wholesale accounting.

• Knowledge of US import/tariff regulations.

• Proficiency in a second language (Italian, German, or Japanese).
