Junior Sales & Marketing Manager – with a pathway to Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• At dacon, you will collaborate closely with our executive team and Sales Manager, gaining insights into the complete sales process—from lead research to closing deals.

• Our objective: to nurture your development over the next 3–4 years into an independent sales professional and potentially a Sales Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• A commercial vocational training or a university degree, such as business administration (BWL), marketing, or communications.

• Some experience in sales, marketing, or a sales-related role.

• A passion for engaging with customers and partners.

• Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and a structured approach to work.

• A strong desire to advance further in sales.

• Proficient use of MS Office and a willingness to embrace modern AI tools.

• Very good German language skills and good English proficiency.
