Junior Sales Manager, Lending

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Assist in executing the Go-To-Market strategy for the Lending division throughout Middle and Eastern Europe.

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with banking clients and industry collaborators.

• Discover and pursue new business prospects that align with SAP Fioneer's lending offerings.

• Comprehend customer business requirements and facilitate transformation initiatives with scalable solutions.

• Address customer inquiries, including pre-RfI, RfI, and RfP requests.

• Create solution demonstration cases and presentations for both potential and existing clients.

• Direct sales initiatives, including presentations, workshops, and senior executive briefings.

• Work alongside international cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive solution integration and client satisfaction.

• Contribute to the development of technology that supports banks and advance the Lending Go-to-Market strategy in Middle and Eastern Europe.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, bridging business and technology to assist customers in optimizing processes and translating requirements into scalable solutions.

• At least 5 years of experience within the banking sector, lending solutions, or comparable enterprise platforms.

• Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or solution consulting within the banking field.

• Strong grasp of financial services processes.
