Junior Sales Manager — Industrial Plant Design & Digitalization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in driving sales of our digital engineering and software solutions tailored for industrial plant design.

• Demonstrate 3D modeling, laser scanning, and database solutions to prospective customers.

• Help create proposals, presentations, and various sales materials.

• Develop and sustain a sales pipeline while managing customer data in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce).

• Participate in customer meetings, industry conferences, and trade shows to generate new leads.

• Collaborate closely with both sales and engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or vocational training in mechanical engineering, process engineering, civil engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.

• Fundamental knowledge of 3D modeling (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks) is advantageous.

• A keen interest in laser scanning, engineering databases, and the digitalization of industrial plant design.

• Some experience in sales, customer interaction, or project management is beneficial.

• Strong technical comprehension and enthusiasm for digital engineering solutions.

• A team player who demonstrates initiative and possesses excellent communication skills.

• Proficient in German; English language skills are a plus.

• Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.
