This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Conduct initial consultations with potential students regarding our educational programs, focusing primarily on IT and business continuing education.
• Engage and attract prospective participants to join our shared mission.
• Provide operational support to participants throughout all stages leading up to the commencement of courses.
• Manage CRM data maintenance systematically and ensure consistent follow-up activities.
• Assist with applications for education vouchers and facilitate communication with employment agencies.
• Guarantee a positive experience for candidates by being readily available for inquiries.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to engaging with prospective participants.
• Motivation driven by clear objectives within a dynamic team setting.
• A structured and independent working style with the ability to prioritize incoming applications effectively.
• Some practical experience in advisory B2C sales, customer service, or the hospitality sector.
• A basic understanding of employment agency and job center structures would be advantageous.
• Proficient use of Google tools like Docs, Sheets, and Gmail, along with initial experience with CRM systems.
• Very good proficiency in the German language, both written and spoken, along with solid English skills.
