Junior Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Establishing, managing, and further developing our direct partner shops in the ski resorts of the Alps – with residence in Tirol or Vorarlberg.

• You will serve as the personal connection between our online platform and the local ski rental shops.

• You will acquire new partners, support your existing accounts, and strategically develop them.

• You will start alongside our experienced DACH Sales Captain – who will be your mentor and sparring partner.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the ski rental business, get to know our partners, become their reliable point of contact – and gradually onboard and develop your own partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have gained initial practical experience (job, extended internship, dual studies).

• Fluent in German at a native level, and comfortable with English in team settings and with international partners.

• A valid Class B driver's license – you will be regularly traveling in ski regions.

• Familiar with the sports industry and personally passionate about skiing or snowboarding – you speak the language of our partners and guests.

• AI & Tech Savvy: AI is an integral part of your daily routine – you confidently use Claude, ChatGPT & Co. for research, writing, pitches, and outreach.

• You are intrigued by modern, AI-driven work rather than overwhelmed by it.

• You enjoy engaging with people, are a good listener, and see fieldwork as an exciting part of the role rather than a drawback.

• Your residence: Tirol or Vorarlberg.

• Nice to have: Initial B2B sales experience (internship, student job, or first employment).

• Experience with modern CRM tools.

• Additional language skills – French or Italian (due to our sister teams in France and Italy).

• Educational background in business administration, tourism, sports management, or a related field.

• Personal experience in ski areas or ski rentals (e.g., seasonal job in ski rental during studies).
