This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Customer engagement. Initiate and oversee discussions with prospective clients through phone, email, LinkedIn, and messaging platforms.
• Opportunity creation. Identify and connect with potential buyers to arrange qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Cold outreach. Conduct cold calls and emails to present the company and ignite initial interest.
• Social selling. Manage outreach sequences on LinkedIn and other pertinent channels.
• Relationship development. Establish and nurture relationships with prospects through continuous communication.
• Process enhancement. Collaborate with the Head of Sales, Vince, to optimize communication strategies and devise new methods for engaging potential customers.
• Proven experience. Some background in sales, generating new business opportunities through direct outreach (e.g., calls, emails, LinkedIn).
• Communication skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with a knack for confidently guiding conversations.
• Confidence. At ease with approaching new prospects and starting discussions with decision-makers.
• Active listening. Capable of swiftly grasping business needs and responding thoughtfully.
• Outbound expertise. Well-versed in cold calling, cold emailing, and sequencing.
• Mindset. A hunter mentality, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Resilience. Able to handle rejection constructively while maintaining momentum.
• Persistence. Consistently follows up to keep conversations progressing.
• Problem-solving skills. Able to adjust messaging and communication style based on the prospect and context.
• Self-management. Excellent time management and personal organization in a remote setting.
• Language proficiency. C2 level in English. C2 level in Spanish or Italian is preferred. French is an advantage.
• Technical familiarity. Knowledge of CRM systems; experience with HubSpot is a plus.
• Educational background. A Bachelor’s degree is advantageous but not mandatory if you possess strong practical experience.
• Fully Remote. Select your workplace within the EU.
