This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Perform high-volume outbound prospecting, achieving a minimum of 60 cold calls daily, with a target of over 80.
• Schedule at least 8 qualified meetings each month with executive-level prospects after the ramp-up period.
• Identify and qualify leads across both the UK and international markets, ensuring compliance with 100% CTPS screening for UK outreach.
• Ensure complete accuracy in CRM records and maintain 100% hygiene within HubSpot.
• Timely submission of detailed weekly activity and performance reports.
• Interact with CxO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders to effectively communicate the benefits of AI transformation.
• Experience: At least 1 year of professional cold calling experience is required.
• Communication: Outstanding verbal and written English skills, capable of engaging confidently in professional discussions.
• Mindset: Curious, quick learner, and genuinely passionate about AI technology.
• Sales Grit: Demonstrated ability to cope with rejection, stay self-motivated while working remotely, and maintain high levels of activity.
• Values: Committed to operating with honesty, trust, and integrity.
• Schedule: Must strictly adhere to a 9-5 schedule within the GMT timezone.
