This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.
• Engage in outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify, qualify, and connect with potential leads.
• Arrange and coordinate discovery calls, managing calendar invitations and ensuring efficient communication between leads and the team.
• Ensure accurate data integrity by documenting all outreach efforts, updating internal tracking systems, and creating pipeline reports.
• Oversee email communications and follow-ups with prospects, clients, and team members to guarantee that no requests are overlooked.
• Organize and maintain sales materials, documentation, and administrative files in Google Drive for easy access by the team.
• Assist the team with market research, document preparation, and various administrative tasks to continually enhance the sales process.
• Proficient in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales and/or administrative support.
• Skilled in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Quiet home office environment, reliable internet connection (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and a backup connection.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is preferred.
• Hourly compensation ranging from USD $696 to $1,044/month, based on experience.
• Annual salary increases.
