This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will take charge of the initial step in the sales process by scheduling qualified appointments with HR decision-makers and executives.
• Conduct structured outbound calls to engage new companies.
• Identify and reach out to relevant contacts.
• Arrange qualified online and phone appointments.
• Build contact chains and conduct follow-up calls.
• Maintain structured documentation of your activities in HubSpot.
• At least one year of practical experience in B2B outbound calling (e.g., as an SDR, Inside Sales, or in dialog marketing).
• Proficient in utilizing call scripts.
• Structured, reliable, and self-directed work style.
• High motivation to deeply engage with our product and its strategic benefits.
• Interest in long-term career development in sales.
• Salary starting from €2,700 gross per month (based on your experience).
