Junior Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Engage with warm inbound leads and convert them into scheduled appointments.

• Quickly establish rapport and identify barriers preventing customers from progressing.

• Address objections with confidence and effectively communicate the benefits of the company's offerings.

• Close sales while maintaining a friendly and consultative demeanor.

• Manage prospects in Go High Level CRM, arrange appointments, and ensure customer records are current.

• Consistently strive to meet individual conversion and booking targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 years of experience in sales, ideally in a closing role, inside sales, or as a Sales Development Representative, where you were tasked with converting leads into customers.

• Proven experience adhering to a structured sales methodology, effectively handling objections, and confidently requesting the sale.

• Near-native proficiency in English with outstanding verbal communication skills and a neutral accent.

• Strong abilities in relationship-building and persuasion.

• Comfortable using CRM systems (experience with Go High Level is advantageous).

• Must be available to work during Chicago (CST) business hours.

• A reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and a quiet workspace are essential.

• Highly trustworthy, organized, and dedicated to following through with customers.
