Junior Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound cold calls to marketing executives and business decision-makers throughout the United States.

• Engage with Marketing Directors, Marketing Managers, CMOs, Digital Marketing Managers, Growth Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, and business owners.

• Clearly, professionally, and conversationally introduce services offered.

• Establish rapport, pose qualifying questions, and pinpoint prospective clients who align with the services.

• Address questions and objections in a professional manner.

• Arrange qualified appointments for the sales team and manage calendars effectively.

• Maintain precise CRM records, documenting call outcomes, notes, and follow-up actions.

• Take part in call reviews, role-playing exercises, and continuous coaching.

• Clear spoken English that is easily comprehensible to customers in the United States.

• Comfortable engaging with senior business decision-makers over the phone.

• Capable of asking insightful questions and comprehending customer needs.

• Show curiosity about businesses and potential opportunities.

• Previous experience in marketing, cold calling, telesales, appointment setting, customer service, or B2B sales is preferred but not mandatory.
