This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Develop and oversee a well-organized outbound pipeline, continuously generating new leads and opportunities across various sectors and levels.
• Engage in extensive prospecting through cold outreach, phone calls, emails, and social media to identify and qualify potential partners.
• Manage the initial phases of the sales cycle, from the first contact to qualified handoff, with a strong emphasis on pipeline expansion.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities, leads, and pipeline status, providing key updates to leadership with discipline.
• Work in collaboration with the wider partnerships and marketing team to ensure outreach aligns with ongoing campaigns and priorities.
• Native Spanish speaker with fluent English proficiency.
• Strong instinct for outbound activities and prospecting, with a proven track record of building a pipeline from the ground up.
• High energy and determination, coupled with a relentless drive to create new opportunities and achieve targets.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a comparable outbound-focused position.
• Familiarity with the social media and digital landscape is advantageous but not essential.
• Well-structured, organized, and capable of managing a large volume of simultaneous contacts.
• Willingness to travel to Italy once a quarter or as necessary (Genoa, Buddyfit HQ).
