This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage in both outbound and inbound communications with schools, educational networks, pedagogical coordinators, and other educational institutions;
• Assess initial educational needs and qualify potential sales opportunities;
• Document, organize, and update information within the CRM system, ensuring traceability throughout the sales funnel;
• Assist in the distribution of standard commercial proposals, institutional materials, and presentations;
• Conduct follow-ups in accordance with the cadence established by the sales team;
• Aid in scheduling meetings for mid-level consultants, coordination, or management;
• Foster initial client relationships, maintaining a professional, ethical, and education-centered demeanor;
• Contribute to commercial campaigns, seasonal activities, and pre-sales initiatives;
• Comply with processes, scripts, and guidelines set forth by sales leadership;
• High school diploma;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office Suite);
• Familiarity with CRM systems;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Organizational skills and effective information management;
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently;
