This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Outbound Parent Outreach: Initiate calls and emails to prospective families to present the program, address initial inquiries, and schedule calls or campus visits.
• Facility Partner Outreach: Contact gyms, clubs, training centers, and other athletic facilities to establish partnership pipelines that attract qualified families to Texas Sports Academy.
• Handle Inbound Inquiries: Promptly respond to parents and partners reaching out via the website, referrals, or events, and guide them to the appropriate next steps.
• Run Discovery Conversations: Pose the right questions to grasp each family's objectives for their student-athlete and evaluate the compatibility of each facility as a partner, subsequently matching them to the suitable next steps.
• Own Your Pipeline in the CRM: Document every call, email, and note in the CRM, maintain clean contact records, and organize your daily activities in alignment with clear targets.
• Report on Results: Provide weekly updates on your activities, pipeline, and outcomes, allowing leadership to understand what is effective and identify areas where support is needed.
• Some Sales or Outreach Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, outreach, admissions, or a high-volume customer-facing role. You should be able to discuss the outreach you have conducted and the results achieved.
• Confident Phone Presence: You are at ease making phone calls throughout the day, engaging in professional discussions with parents and facility operators, and maintaining composure in the face of rejection.
• Clear Written Communication: Your outbound emails and follow-ups convey warmth, professionalism, and alignment with the brand. You can adjust your tone appropriately for parents versus facility partners.
• Organized and Consistent: You consistently meet daily activity targets, keep the CRM updated, and manage an expanding list of ongoing conversations without overlooking any details.
• Coachable and Competitive: You respond well to feedback, quickly adjust your strategies, and are driven by clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
• AI Forward: Proficient in utilizing AI tools for prospect research, drafting outreach, and enhancing efficiency in repetitive tasks. Familiarity with tools like Perplexity Computer is an advantage.
• Reliable Home Setup: A quiet workspace, stable internet connection, and functional headset and webcam. Availability during standard U.S. business hours (Central Time preferred).

• Education, Athletics, or Youth Sports Background: Personal or professional experience in K-12 education, competitive athletics, or youth sports programs.
• CRM Experience: Practical experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or a similar CRM.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish): Ability to conduct outreach and conversations with Spanish-speaking families.
• Sales Training or Coursework: Completion of sales training, bootcamp, or coursework in sales, communication, or business development.
• Pay: $20-$25/hour
