Junior Revenue Operations – Growth Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• You will assist in managing the daily operations of FifthRow's outreach and growth initiatives.

• Ensure the pipeline remains robust and deals progress smoothly.

• Contribute to the establishment and enhancement of the outreach infrastructure.

• Execute email and LinkedIn sequences — set up campaigns, oversee conditional branching, and track performance metrics.

• Lead efforts in data enrichment and list building — utilize Clay, Lemlist, LinkedIn, and other resources to create and sustain targeted lists.

• Oversee the maintenance of the tool stack — including Lemlist, Clay, Attio, Zapier/n8n, and LinkedIn tools.

• Prepare account briefs prior to meetings.

• Assist in drafting, formatting, and compiling client proposals and pilot agreements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B enterprise roles — including sales operations, revenue operations, growth operations, demand generation, or as an SDR.

• A strong enthusiasm for AI tools and automation.

• Familiarity with outreach tools — such as Lemlist, Instantly, Apollo, Outreach, SalesLoft, HubSpot sequences, or comparable platforms.

• Excellent written English skills.

• Self-sufficient — while you will receive guidance and strategy, it’s essential to manage your own priorities.

• Highly organized — adept at handling numerous moving parts. This includes campaigns, follow-ups, deliverability, proposals, and CRM management, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
