Junior Revenue Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Management, enhancement, and creation of dashboards and spreadsheets;

• Development and updating of presentations for strategic meetings;

• Analyzing data and producing insights for various business areas;

• Implementing automations with Zapier, Google Apps Script, and other tools;

• Performing data transformations using dbt;

• Assisting in the establishment of targets and the tracking/reporting of results;

• Documenting processes and analyses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel at an intermediate level;

• Familiarity with SQL;

• Basic knowledge of data storytelling;

• Fundamental programming skills;

• Experience in Customer Success (CS), Support, or Sales operations (preferred);

• Familiarity with CRMs (such as Pipedrive) (preferred);

• Knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript (preferred);

• Experience with low-code automation tools or Google Apps Script (preferred).
