Junior Relationship Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance conversational flows on the Grace platform.

• Create journeys that prioritize a straightforward, intuitive, and effective user experience.

• Outline business rules and define integrations with system APIs such as ERPs, CRMs, and partner platforms.

• Strategize, set up, launch, and oversee communication campaigns via WhatsApp.

• Collaborate closely with the Product, Development, Implementation, Customer Success, and Sales teams.

• Suggest new features, automations, and experiences leveraging Artificial Intelligence.

• Engage in the validation of new features and ensure the quality of deliverables.

• Convert customer requirements into scalable conversational solutions.

• Document functional requirements, workflows, and business rules.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Communications, or a related discipline.

• A strong enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence and innovation.

• Exceptional written communication abilities.

• Proficiency in understanding business processes and translating them into digital journeys.

• Capability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
