This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Identify and engage potential candidates for high-volume positions in sales, operations, and technology through job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and various sourcing methods.
• Oversee and manage the complete recruitment process, including scheduling, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Take part in candidate interviews and attend client-facing interviews as a representative of the recruitment team.
• Collaborate with internal hiring managers and team leaders to comprehend role requirements, update candidate pipelines, and deliver regular progress updates.
• Ensure accurate and current records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) throughout the recruitment process.
• Create and publish job descriptions on multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and high quality.
• Foster a positive candidate experience through prompt, professional, and compassionate communication.
• Assist the broader recruitment team with various coordination and administrative tasks as necessary.
• Proven experience in recruitment or sourcing within an agency setting (mandatory).
• Ability to effectively source and manage candidates for both sales and technology roles at scale.
• Strong communicator with a professional demeanor and excellent written and verbal English skills suitable for both internal and client-facing interactions.
• Experience in participating in or supporting candidate and client interviews.
• Availability to work US EST hours on a fully remote basis.
• Prior remote work experience and proficiency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar platforms are essential.
• Previous experience supporting companies based in the US or UK is required — applications lacking this experience will not be considered.
