Junior Recruitment Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Identifying, interviewing, and guiding candidates towards suitable job opportunities.

• Conducting introductory meetings and learning to match candidates effectively.

• Building strong relationships with clients and temporary workers.

• Managing HR administration tasks (contracts, payroll, records).

• Contributing ideas and learning to advise on flexible employment matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• HBO level of working and thinking.

• Motivated, curious, and eager to learn.

• Easy to communicate with and takes initiative.

• Proficient in Dutch, both spoken and written.

• Possession of a valid driver's license B and willingness to travel within the region.

• Preferably available for 40 hours per week.
