This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Work entirely remotely as a contractor (PJ).
• Support the company's organized growth through effective recruitment.
• Be an integral member of the People & Management team.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for the company's job openings.
• Conduct resume screening and actively source candidates on digital platforms.
• Carry out structured competency-based interviews.
• Align job descriptions with internal hiring managers.
• Manage the candidate pipeline using the Quickin platform.
• Provide prompt and clear feedback to candidates.
• Contribute to ongoing enhancements in the selection process.
• Prior experience in Recruitment and Selection (internship or junior level) across any sector.
• Familiarity with online interviews and resume evaluation.
• Basic understanding of recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, Quickin, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple processes concurrently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work fully remotely as a contractor (PJ).
• Previous experience in a recruitment & selection (R&S) consultancy or startups is a plus.
• Understanding of recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, funnel, etc.) is a plus.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and active candidate engagement methods is a plus.
