Junior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Assist in the complete recruitment process, encompassing candidate sourcing and interview scheduling.

• Ensure that our applicant tracking system is consistently updated.

• Evaluate CVs and connect with prospective candidates.

• Organize interviews and maintain precise records.

• Some experience in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in using email, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems.

• A proactive mindset with a focus on people.

• A reliable internet connection and an appropriate home working environment.

• Candidates must be based in South Africa.
