This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete proposal process, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and timely submissions.
• Develop Executive Summaries, Introductions, Management Approaches, and Past Performance sections.
• Assist in the entire proposal process from pre-RFP positioning to post-submission activities.
• Evaluate RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to create compliant outlines, compliance matrices, and proposal timelines.
• Coordinate proposal meetings and manage collaboration among SMEs, pricing teams, external partners, and executive leadership.
• Provide support for proposal resources, monitor action items, and guarantee all deadlines are achieved.
• Perform editing, proofreading, and compliance reviews for both technical and management proposal volumes.
• Integrate basic technical content by sourcing, customizing, and updating the existing library of written boilerplate and capability statements.
• Edit and proofread all proposal volumes for clarity, grammar, tone, consistent voice flow, and strict adherence to solicitation instructions.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• An IT background is essential.
• Familiarity with AI tools to ensure comfortable usage.
• Experience in writing technical reports, technical guidebooks, user manuals, processes, proposals, or any relevant proven writing capability.
• Proficiency in AI tools for proposal development and compliance is required.
• A comprehensive understanding of the federal procurement process (FAR).
• Demonstrated ability to grasp high-level IT and cybersecurity concepts.
• Exceptional skills in project management, organization, and time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe products.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Willingness to work outside conventional hours and occasionally on weekends as necessary.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Engineering, Communications, English, Social Science, or a technical discipline aligned with the aforementioned fields (preferred).
• Experience in federal government contracting is preferred.
