This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee projects: collaborate with the Project Manager and the existing Project Coordinator to ensure cross-functional projects are on schedule, from requirements gathering to delivery.
β’ Facilitate and communicate: conduct working sessions and meetings, follow up on action items, and effectively relay progress to stakeholders across various teams.
β’ Implement tools: assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of internal tools and workflows that enhance our operations.
β’ Build and automate: where feasible, develop and enhance automations using tools such as Google Apps Script, no-code/low-code platforms, and AI-driven applications to minimize manual tasks.
β’ Integrate systems: connect the diverse tools and systems utilized across operations and other teams to ensure seamless data and process flow.
β’ Document: create and uphold documentation for the processes and tools you engage with, ensuring they are reliable and easily transferable.
β’ Maintain and improve: oversee current tools and automations, troubleshoot problems, and strive for continuous reliability enhancements.
β’ Minimum of 1 year experience in Project Coordination or Continuous Improvement roles.
β’ Proven experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar capacity, with a history of maintaining organization for projects and stakeholders.
β’ Experience working remotely, preferably in a startup or remote-first environment β self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with the independence and pace required by remote work.
β’ Proficient in working/conversational English: able to read, write, and engage in conversations comfortably.
β’ Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with the ability to work autonomously.
β’ A genuine interest in AI and automation, along with a readiness to quickly learn new tools β even if you don't possess extensive technical experience yet.
β’ Comfortable learning and using software tools, coupled with a collaborative mindset that complements an existing two-person team.
β’ Educational background in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
