Junior Project Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain dashboards, KPIs, and project tracking reports for transition initiatives.

• Aggregate data from various projects and present it clearly and succinctly to clients and leadership.

• Aid in the tracking of schedules, risks, unresolved issues, and action plans alongside project managers.

• Coordinate and document Knowledge Transfer (KT) activities among teams.

• Assist in generating and revising operational documentation, procedures, and knowledge repositories.

• Engage in status meetings with clients, managers, and technical teams.

• Utilize Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance productivity, organize information, prepare documents, and create executive summaries.

• Facilitate project governance and communication among technical teams, managers, and clients.

• Completed Bachelor's degree.

• Exceptional written communication and organizational abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and an analytical approach.

• Proficient in working with data, reports, and metrics.

• Aspiration to build a career in Project Management and IT Services.

• Previous experience in corporate settings, projects, operations, or support roles.

• Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools is advantageous.

• Understanding of ITIL or IT Service Management is a plus.

• Experience with project management software such as Jira, MS Project, Microsoft Planner, or similar tools is beneficial.

• Background in technical support, Service Desk, or IT operations is a plus.

• Basic English proficiency for reading technical documentation is a plus.

• Experience utilizing Artificial Intelligence tools to boost productivity is a plus.
