Junior Project Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.

📋 Description

• Act as a vital liaison among users, business stakeholders, and the Engineering team.

• Track incoming issues via Slack and Jira.

• Conduct initial troubleshooting and manual testing prior to escalating technical issues.

• Keep a well-organized and actionable bug backlog.

• Recognize recurring user feedback and operational challenges.

• Convert user feedback and business requirements into precise Jira tickets, specifications, and workflow enhancements.

• Organize and oversee bug queues as well as product or engineering backlogs.

• Investigate, document, prioritize, and direct operational issues to the appropriate teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in roles such as Project Analyst, Business Analyst, Operations Coordinator, Product Operations, or a similar position in a technological setting.

• Proficient in using Jira for bug tracking, backlog management, and ticket generation.

• Capacity to perform initial troubleshooting and manual testing before escalation.

• Ability to craft clear and actionable bug reports, Jira tickets, specifications, and acceptance criteria.

• Skill in translating user feedback and business requirements into structured specifications for technical teams.

• Experience in organizing and maintaining bug queues and product or engineering backlogs.

• Strong attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple incoming requests and priorities.

• C1 English proficiency is required.
